How do you keep mosquitos from breeding in your aquarium?

Well mosquitoes lay their eggs on water and when they hatch their larva swim around in the water until they mature and can fly away. The fish would eat their larva but mosquitoes usually only lay the eggs on stagnant water so if there is too much movement for activty in the water then they will probably not lay them there.
