You can get a lobster by recovering Cap'n Salty's lost lobster trap at Puffin Point. Catch the photo blowing in the wind by the lighthouse, and swap it for Scuba gear at the Say Cheese photo shop. Use the gear to dive for the lobster trap. If you bring it up, Cap'n Salty will give you a lobster and the keys to his jet ski.
