Does Aido hanabusa love kaname in vampire knight?

Yes, Hanabusa does love Kaname in Vampire Knight. I believe that in the Anime he even confessed to Kaname. But the way I see it, his love is more like a protective, friendship... Hanabusa acts as though Kaname is like some sort of role model to him.
