Does rice university have MDs

Rice does not currently have a medical school and therefore does not offer M.D. degrees. There have, however, been talks in recent days about the possibility of Rice's buying Baylor College of Medicine, once of the most prestigious medical schools in the country, and right across the street from Rice.
