Is Paris or New York a more beautiful place?

This depends on what type of place a person likes to live in. New York is a place that never sleeps aka they party all night long. Paris has cool vintage ideas, and some of their streets look old but cool. Take the Champs Elysees from Paris and compare it to the Upper East Side. Some people just love those preppy, slutty girls from NY, but some prefer the French-speaking, French clothing-clad young teens. Both places have impeccably beautiful scenery.
