How much money should you get after a car accident?

I can't exactly say how much car accident settlement costs because it varies depending on the fatality of the event. The only definite amount that can be given is how much money the victim have to spend to recover from the accident -- medical expense, trauma therapy, and damage repairs for broken materials owned by the victim (e.g. car, wheelchair, laptop, etc)

According to my research emotional pain is also considered in finalizing a settlement. Although there are no definite formulas when it comes to this, you can think of it as multiplying your medical expenses by 5 or more depending on the recovery. The court will decide whether the amount is reasonable.
