Do parquet floors need a lot of glue?

This depends on what you view as a lot. Roberts brand Acrylic Urethane Latex Engineered Wood and Parquet Adhesive states it requires a 1/8" x 1/8" square notch trowel. It will cover 70-80 sq ft per gallon.
