.firstly,when you feel hungry go drink a glass of water and wait 10mins to see if you really were hungry or just thirsty.
.secondly,you will need an excersise that you can enjoy yet do lots of.I recommend zumba DVDs that you can do at home,there is a diet plan in the free booklet that comes with it and a fat loss program where you lose 1 dress size/jean size in 10 days.zumba is a great way at losing fat super fast as it combines different styles e.g of music Latin american ,reggaton.
.Thirdly, don't just do one type of excersise mix it up a little such as: swimming Monday,zumba Tuesday.
.Try to tell your family to hide tempting foods or throw them away and replace them with fruits and veggies
.get a friend with you (it is distracting with friends but funner) and visit the gym a few times a week as your body will get used to different excersises.
.when exercising try to excersise as hard as you can for 5 mins then slowly then repeat as it will get your body used to different speeds.
.eat before 7pm as your body cant digest quickly after that
.if you have a slow metabolism (like me) then you can try after breakfast or before to drink hot water and lemon in it to increase your metabolic rate;i dont reccomend this drink as your stomach may not be used to it so just drink green tea at night.
p.s I was teased too and i never ate alot it was just my metabolic rate was slow resulting in weight gain but i did like to snack on some foods alot. I lost alot of weight and am hoping to lose more,i hope you achieve your goals :)
