If a boy talks to a lot sometimes and then ignores you sometimes to talk to other girls what does that mean?

It could mean 2 things:

a. He is trying to make you jealous of the other girls, in other Words he likes you a lot, but is afraid to show it.

b. He just doesn't like you and is trying to get you to "backoff."

yes they are good points if you dont know the guy very well. but if your friends with him its more then likely that he trusts you.
