What tools do immunologist use to work?

Immunologists use a variety of tools and techniques to study the immune system, including flow cytometry for analyzing cell populations, ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) for measuring cytokines and antibodies, and PCR (polymerase chain reaction) for amplifying DNA. They also employ microscopy to visualize immune cells and their interactions, as well as animal models for in vivo studies. Additionally, bioinformatics tools are increasingly used to analyze large datasets from genomic and proteomic studies.
