Where is the fuel pump fuse on a 1999 Lincoln Town Car?

In a 1999 Lincoln Town Car :

In the Power Distribution Box ( which is " live " ) located in the engine compartment on the drivers side

( mini fuse # 14 is a 20 amp fuse for the fuel pump )
