Basically, a gall bladder stores a special digestive juice called the bile. The bile is squeezed into the small intestine and then it gets mixed up with the broken up food. The bile actually breaks down fats in particular (from any meal that you've

eaten containing fats) and breaks them down so the body can utilize them.
