Is a perk a drug

A perk is a pain medication called percocet for people who just came out of a serious surgical procedure but people "pop it" as a street drug. When "popped" as a street drug, you take two, 1 before you eat once, and the second before you eat again ( but those are the basic rules for taking perks ) ; when/if you do not take it for the proper reason, instead of taking pain away, it makes you horny.
