Who are either elected or appointed by the governor or state legislature and are supposed to be non-partisan?

This is very broad, thus it could be several answers.

But Supreme Court Justice's of the said state, or state judges in general, are all, supposedly, non-partisan positions, which could be elected or appointment depending on the state.
