Where can you buy a DVD of Snow White Live at radio city music hall?

I have not successfully been able to find anywhere that has this movie at a reasonable price. There is someone on Amazon and eBay, but they want 100+ for the movie. I found a site that will sell a DVD for $18.95, but then when you try to purchase it, it says the site is "under construction". I am waiting on an email from them.

They do have the video on YouTube (I believe in 5 parts). That is the best I could get.
