^Monkeys is NOT the right answer. Monkeys are smart animals but they don't pass the human IQ. but the previous person who answered this question is obviously a lesser IQ than a chimp. The REAL answer is young moms and of course, children. :D Well that's one less person that is dumber than a chimp.
