Are Tootsie Rolls Kosher

Tootsie Roll Pops were not included in the OU's latest announcement that they are providing Kosher supervision to Tootsie Rolls and some other Tootsie products. The Word on the street is that they are working on getting the Tootsie Roll Pops under Kosher supervision but nothing has been announced yet.
