How do I apply for a schengen visa?

I'm a Pakistani, and I am working in U.A.E in a semi Govt. company, and my salary is 2800 Dollars (10,200 Dhirams), and I have just completed my 7 months in this company.

I am married and I have 3 Kids, but I will travel alone at the moment.
