i met this guy on a cruise 3 years ago and ever since I've been trying to get in contact with him. i was unsucessful but never lost hope. I know this story sounds crazy and un-normal but a message for everyone reading this... "don't hold back, life's too short to live with regrets" go out and 'just do' the things you think you cant e.g bunji jumping ect. I had this guys number, but i never had the guts to call. I know, omg it's not hard but this guy was a thew years older and just trust me it was harder than u think.
In answer to the question unless u know last name or address it's very hard to contact the person ur looking for. But don't give up, keep trying and some day... ur work will hopfully pay off!
