People usually hate themselves because they think that they have done something bad or that they are bad people. This is usually not entirely true, however. Even if you have done something bad, you can always change and start doing good instead. And if you think you are a bad person, think of what makes you a bad person -- you can change that too and become a good person instead.
If you feel that you hate yourself, you should also think about getting some therapy. You might be suffering from depression, which makes you think that you're a worthless person that doesn't deserve to live -- which is very wrong thinking. Depression can be treated pretty easily if you go see somebody who can help you!
