Why don't men ask for directions?

Answer Men don't ask for directions because they think they can find everything for themselves (which just gets them lost!). They don't want anyone to know they are lost. They pretty much think they know everything and anything and they are really nothing but know-it-alls. Answer The question is another one of those that makes an incorrect assumption. Some men will ask for directions sometimes. The nonsense of the assumption aside, men sometimes think they know where they are going. They may really know, and, at times, they may not. At the times they think they know (and don't), they may tend not to ask directions. The get "stuck in a loop" for a time. It's that simple. But this writer has asked directions (as recently as a week ago) and has given directions to many men (as recently as a couple of days ago).
