How tall was Stan Smith?

According to most records he was 6 ft 4 ins tall, but I remembering seeing on his own website recently that he was 6 ft 3 in. I remember him standing beside Peter Fleming (6 ft 5in) in a photo and Fleming was clearly taller than him by a few inches.
