What to do if a child was sleeping on the floor while the fasten your seat belt sign was on?

I personally would wake the child up and help him or her back to her seat. You should probably alert their parent as well. Or letting the flight attendant know would likely be the best idea. The poor child runs the risk of getting run over by the drink cart!
