Is there a code in Animal Crossing that gives you the fishing pole?

No there is no code for the fishing rod in Animal Crossing. You may have seen some of the other folks with a fishing rod. You may feel a bit jealous though.

If you shake trees, you get 100 bells (sometimes though) shake enough trees to get at least 500 bells. Just shake different trees. 5 different trees usually give you 500 bells.

Then go to tom nooks store. You should see a fishing rod on the little wooden table in the middle of the store/room.

Buy that fishing rod. Go outside to some ponds/lakes/rivers and try to catch fish. You usually know when there's a fish by seeing a small/big black thing in the blue water. Put your rod in. When the fish starts tapping on it, the red and yellow thing will go in the water. Hold a on your DS and the fish should start swirling around. Let go of a and you should have caught the fish!
