Can a 15 and 19 year old date in North Carolina?

There are no laws about dating ages, so it is legal to date. There are laws about sexual activity and this would be a big problem at this age! In most places you have to be at least 16 to consent, if not 17 or 18. Some states have exceptions for close in age, measured by days, not the years.
