Yes you could always refinance, if you want the headaches. Iv been down that road already! Its also a more exspensive alternative in my opinion :( I heard about a company on the radio that does Car Loan Modifications in my area about 2 months ago. I worked with a guy named Robert for about 5 weeks, i had my payments on my BMW lowered from 860.00 to 521.00. They charged me 295.00 which in my opinion i thought was worth it.
