Where do you die?

It would be easier to list some places that it would be extremely RARE for anyone to die there, if ever, such as:

1. inside a morgue
2. inside a funeral home or mortuary
3. at a crematory -- old site of a furnace that did cremations of deceased persons
4. inside a cemetery
5. during a live television show broadcast to the public
6. up in a tree on a sunny day
7. in a crawlspace
8. in a hospital cafeteria
9. in a hospital department, such as in X-Ray, CAT-Scan, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy (a person might die in another area of the hospital, but not unusually in a department)
10. sitting on a beach

Every other place I think of, it is not only possible to die there, it is also more common to die in those other places than in the places I listed above.
