When you have anal sex, your rectum does stretch. It will contract after a few minutes of no penetration. Prolonged anal sex, frequently will ultimately cause your rectum to stretch easier. I have heard that some people often have *leaking* out of that area because of a *loose* rectum. That is a risk you take for the enjoyment of anal penatration. If you are a beginner at anal sex, i would take it slow, maybe start with some sort of plug or small dong as you do not want to rip your colon or rectum.
