Anti virus and firewall technology as you know, was developed by the U.S. military to protect the Pentagon from Soviet attacks. A Pentium 300 computer, is simply not equiped to defend itself against a computer, from, say, now. Hacking boils down to code, and the more monstrous the machine, the more it can kick around "little computers." That is why therefore in a way, the first cyber bullies were Russian.
