How can i lose weight fast i am pretty busy and cant do much cardio or Zumba or running?

Intermittent fasting, the new trend.

I struggled for decades being overweight. I just couldn't control portions. I noticed that I tend to eat much larger portions during dinner and midnight binge eating.

I made it a habit to not eat anything after 8pm. I do not practice any particular diet control during any of the meals. I eat normal food and as much until i feel full. After the last meal at 8pm, no more food till 8am. Not even fruit or desserts. Just plain water.

This intermittent fasting did help lose weight and maintain it. Wishing you all the best to attain weight loss and meet your goals.
