What if a 17 yr old boy gets married and wants to move out of state with his wife and her family but can not get emancipated because he lives in the state of Ohio?

It's rather obvious ... you will have to wait until you are 18. The laws don't change just because you want to get married ... If your love for this woman is truly sincere, certainly waiting a few more months will do no harm.
