How do you make UV killer?

U-V-Killer is a blend of organic pigments that absorb ultraviolet energy so that it is not available to power up the brighteners and make them glow. It cheap enought to just buy the real thing for $10 OR $15. Then you know it works and it is permanent. Be sure to get a UV light to check your stuff befor and after you treat it.
