I have meet a few Libra guys in my time and to answer the question without offending any Libra's is difficult. In my opinion everyone has self interest but upon my encounters the answer could be a yes! It can vary, though, upon cultural background too. Libra men do love themselves very much and can be very insensitive because of this.
