Can you replace an F250 V10 gas motor and install a turbo diesel engine and if so what all will need to be changed to complete conversion?

There is a company in Montana that appears to specialize in this. I read an article about them and it led me to their website. They do not answer the phone very often as it appears they are receive a LOT of curious callers such as myself. http://www.fordcummins.com/ Based on the conversation I DID have with them, my 2000 Ford Excursion V10 could be converted to a much more powerful Cummins for about $15k.
