The person who plays ned flanders in The Simpsons?

Harry Shearer plays Ned Flanders, Rev. Lovejoy, Principal Skinner and scratchy the mouse among many others on The Simpsons. He is probably best known (at least with a cult following) as Derick Smalls in "This Is Spinal Tap".
