How many people died in Austria on world war 2?

According to the German-language Wikipedia article 'Geschichte der Juden in Oesterreich' there were about 181,000 Jews in Austria when it was annexed by Germany in March 1938 and a further 20,000 or so half-Jews. The article says that about 65,000 perished in the Holocaust.
