How do you stop leaking nearside foot-well on a 1994 jaguar XJ6?

On most of these model Jaguars especially the XJ-6 and XJS there is a drain hose for the air-condition . This hose is either blown from the bottom or top with a air compresser with attached blower adapter. Just blow the air thru the hose and this should unclog it and when you make a turn, WOW!! No more wet shoes and socks!!
