When money is taken from education, health, and corrections people are harmed. Children have programs cut back or out of the school. Things like counseling, music, art, after school tutoring and other services disappear. The issue of health coverage affects people at all ages. It costs at a basic level 6,000 a month for an elderly person to stay in a retirement community and this is without any extra help. There are levels and every level adds 700-1000 to the basic services. Children will go without medical care because parents can't afford to treat them. Finally corrections will parole people earlier because there is no room and training/educational programs canceled.
