How does one apply for the Walmart Discover card?

"If you have a Walmart near where you live or work, you can apply in the store at the customer service desk. If that is not convenient for you, you may apply on-line directly through Walmart. Just be careful if you are using a public computer as you will need to enter some sensitive information about yourself."
