Can you take atenolol and hydrocodone together?

As far as scientifically drawing a conclusion I don't know, but I take amlodipine for high blood pressure,5Mg daily, took a 10Mg/325Mg hydrocodone today and it didn't have any side effects, no noticeable raise or drop in blood pressure or pulse.
