I do to keep it moist! This Christmas my ham was 8.44 lbs. I baked at 250 covered for 2 hours. I made a brown sugar glaze ( br sugar + a tiny bit of h20 -like 1 tsp + honey - glaze needs to be very thick!) The last 10 mins raise temp to 425. Cook ham packed with glaze uncovered for 10 mins. Take out, enjoy!
