How would it be different if elie wisel wrote the book Night when he got out of camp?

Elie Wiesel would still be in shock of everything and wouldn't have had any time to think through clearly about what he and a lot of other people went through. That and he was probably not able to afford to write books since he came and left the camps with nothing.
