How do you get hidden and dangerous 2 to work on vista?

Go to "Program Files >> Illusion Softworks >> Hidden & Dangerous 2" or whichever directory you installed it under and find the application file named "hd2". Right click, properties, compatibility tab and run in compatibility mode for XP SP2.

You're good to go
