What is the use of hand drill with Jacobs chuck key?

This is a tool for fitting various drill bits into for drilling holes fast and efficiently. Some drills have a keyed chuck and some have a 'hand-grip' chuck. The keyed chuck is better when drilling hard materials or reverse drilling.
