What are the universal law?

Universal 'laws', as far as is know are those that affect the physical world and are complete everywhere at all times.

Such things as gravitation, light etc.

It should be remembered that these 'laws' are subject to our understanding.

Laws that are man made are parochial, temporary and subject to change as society changes.
