Ok I have a glock and in the magazine is it ok to leave it full with bullets or not?

You should not have bullets in the clip when not in use. The bullets conpress the spring, which stresses it to the point where it will not respond properly in an emergency.

Actually , leaving the mag loaded , compressing the spring puts no more stress on it than leaving it unloaded. It's the motion of compressing and releasing that weakens the spring over time. Leave 'em loaded.
