How do find out who a private caller is?

There is currently no way to find out for yourself who a private caller is. If you feel you are being harassed by a private caller, definitely call your service provider and your local police department. Although the service provider has the tools to reveal a private caller, they will only forward that information to a law enforcement agency due to privacy laws.
