The priorty of any one before buying a house is the general facilty i.e. electricity, and water supply, also they ask about the ease of transport system i.e. they prefer it to be near to their house they want to buy. Also they look for safety and enviornmental condition of area.

Next they look for the requirements like no. of rooms, the kitchen and washroom condition etc. and most important about the cost.
