Why are Mexican people so ghetto?

This is because they listen to rap music which focuses on doing drugs having sex having a trashy looking car and getting money that comes from the welfare/unemployment office which also funds their "gangsta" activities and behavior like always having brandnames nasty looking makeup, and acting like a snob to people that are wiser, stronger, smarter, more powerful and, richer than they are. Of course this only reflects the Mexican American population that's probably 9-30 I hope they would have grown up by the time they are 30
