How many Liverpool Boroughs?

Liverpool is a city in Merseyside, England, and is part of a metropolitan borough known as the City of Liverpool. Within Merseyside, there are several other boroughs, including Knowsley, Wirral, Sefton, St Helens, and Halton. However, Liverpool itself is a single borough and does not have multiple boroughs within it.
